ANOMALOUS COTIDITION RELATED TO DEGRADED PENETRATION CONDUCTER RESISTANCES The plant was shut down ca November 20, 1977, due to an anomalous reactor resistances within a containment electrical penetr were no degraded safety conditions as a result of the instrumentation There anomaly nor were there any releases of radioactivity or personnel injurie As a result of previous electrical resistance pr'oblems 'n these penetr assemblies. Immediate Action Letters were issued to the licensee by NR Region I on November 4 and 8, 1977.
