POTENTIALLY DEFECTIVE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT In our continuing reviews of the records obtained from the five California companies, additional invoices and orders have been found that identify military facilities and NASA as customers. A copy of each invoice and order is enclosed.
These are in addition to the copies sent to you by letter dated August 1, 1988.
Copies of the enclosed material have been sent, as appropriate, to the Commander, U.S. Artny Material Command, the U.S. Department of Energy (NE-60), Headquarters U.S. Air Force (USAF/ LEYS), and NASA, Associate Administrator, SRM and QA.
The Defense Logistics Agency may wish to coordinate its efforts with the four agencies.
