Attached is a copy of the Exercise Report of the Decenber 4,1985, joint exercise of the offsite rMiological energency preparedness plans for the Clinton Power Station, DeWitt County, Illinois. W is was a joint, full participation exercise for the State of Illinois, DeWitt County ard the City of Clinton. We was a partial participation exercise for the Counties of Macon, McIsan, and Platt; and, the nunicipalities of DeWitt Villaje, Weldon and Wapella. All the municipalities were in support of DeWitt County ard all of the localities are within the pltrae exposure 10-mile Emergency Planning Zone (EPZ). The report, dated March 21, 1986, was prepared by the Federal Dnergency Managenent Agency (FEMA) Region V but was considered a draft until May 21, 1986, when the schedule of cor-rective actions prepared by the State of Illinois was reviewed by FEMA Region V.
In the Decanber 4,1985, exercise there were no Deficiencies observed, but there were inadequacies observed as requirity corrective actions.
The State of Illinois has received a copy of the exercise report and has responded with the attached schedule of corrective actions. FEMA has reviewed the schedule of corrective actions and finds than acceptable and adequate to correct the exercise weaknesses.
