Dear Mr. Denton:
As requested by your staff during the Environmental Qualification Audit at VEGP, Georgia Power Company hereby reports the status of environmental qualification of equipment within the scope of the 10 CFR 50.49 rule. Georgia Power Company confirms that environmental qualification of equipment within the scope of the rule is in compliance with 10 CFR 50.49 to the best of our knowledge at this time. In addition the Maintenance / Surveillance Program, which includes this equipment, has been implemented.
