III PARTICIPATION AT RADIOGRAPHY AND WELL-LOGGING WORKSHOP, SEPTEMBER 14-15, 1988, ANCH0MGE, ALASKA In accordance with your memorandum dated July 25, 1988, Region III will participate in the subject workshop on September 14-15, 1988 in Anchorage, Alaska. The person we have chosen to present the sersion on "Consequences of a Well Logging Source Rupture" is Mr. Wayne Slawins: #.

Mr. Slawinski was the principle inspector involved with the Shelwell Logging Incident in 1983 and is extremely familiar with the consequences surrounding that event.
