PETITION FOR EXEMPTION SUBMITTED BY PUERTO RICO On June 29, 1988 a copy of the subject document was forwarded to this office for review.
In a preliminary review of the petition, we noted that an enclosure referenced in the petition was not attached.
This enclosure apparently was not included in the original petition submitted to SECY.
The staff has since called Puerto Rico's designated contact for this petition to request a copy of the missing enclosure. We have recently received the enclosure (1983 ady) along with a supplemental report (Oct. 1981).
We have retained copies of these documents for our use and have enclosed the original documents for you to process and distribute.
We will proceed to review the petition to determine whether or not it is suitable for expedited handling.
