As requested by your application dated December 1,1998, enclosed is Certificate of Compliance No. 9222. Revision No. 7, for the Model No.14-215 package. This certificate supersedes, in its entirety, Certificate of Compliance No. 9222, Revision No. 6 dated December 8,1997.
