Dear Mr. Chairman:
l am responding to your February 2,1999, letter concerning the use of Project Labor Agreements in the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) construction projects.
Although the Agency is not currently planning to award a contract for the construction of a federally owned facility, we will promptly notify the Subcommittee should NRC's plans change and the use of such an agreement be considered.
