A et NRC-26-94-261 Modification No.12 Page 2 of 2 This modification is issued to provide for " Spare Parts" during the Fifth Option Period of this contract, December 1,1998 through May 31,1999, at no increase to the current obligated or ceiling amounts of this contract. The Contractor's charge to this contract for spare parts shall be at actual cost plus a 10% handling fee in accordance with this contracts terms and conditions.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
Under Subsection B.3 ITEMS AND PRICES, the paragraph entitled, FIFTH OPTION PERIOD - DEC 1 1998 - MAY 31 1999, a cost-reimbursable CLIN, "503" is hereby added. Accordingly, this paragraph is hereby deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"FIFTH OPTION PERIOD -DEC 11998 - MAY 31 1999 501 Maintenance for the 6 MOS 16,642
