I had written you earlier regarding the need for public hearing on the Draft Environmental Statement (DES) for the decommissioning of flumboldt Bay Nuclear Power Plant, Unit No.

In that letter while explaining the need for a hearing, we failed to make cicar the desire of the Board of Supervisors to hold such a hearing here in Eureka.
