IDESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT /MODIFICAT40N (Orsenised by UCFeestion heedenas, including soliciterion/contrees seWest matter auhere f.as41a. A The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding. Now, therefore, the following change is hereby made:

Section G.ll Consideration, paragraph "B," is revised to read as follows:
"The total funds currently available for issuance of individual task orders under this contract is increased by $421,000.00 from $1,619.00 to $2,040.00.
For further provisions on costs, see the LIMITATION OF COSTS clause 52.232-20 referenced in Part II - Contract ClausesSection I."
All other terms and conditions, including the contract ceiling of $2,040,000.00 remain unchanged.
