MODIFICATION NO. 2 TO TASK ORDER NO. 3 ENTITLED " NATIONAL SEALED SOURCE AND DEVICE REGISTRY SYSTEM" UNDER CONTRACT l NO. NRC-02-95-001 '
Dear Ms. Parker:
The purpose of this modification is to change the due date for the delivery of the elements listed !
below, which are reflected in Section 8.2 of the Statement of Work for Task Order No. 3. The change in the delivery due dates is a result of the contractor not receiving technical datal direction from the NRC, in a timely manner, in order to complete the required deliverables in accordance with the established delivery schedule. Accordingly, the following due dates are l given for the following elements:
