MODIFICATION NO. 2 TO TASK ORDER NO. 3 ENTITLED " NATIONAL SEALED SOURCE AND DEVICE REGISTRY SYSTEM" UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-02-95-001
Dear Ms. Parker:
The purpose of this modification is to change the due date for the delivery of the elements listed below, which are reflected in Section 8.2 of the Statement of Work for Task Order No. 3. The change in the delivery due dates is a result of the contractor not receiving technical datal direction from the NRC, in a timely manner, in order to complete the required deliverables in accordance with the established delivery schedule. Accordingly, the following due dates are l
