Control (FNMC)ges to their currently approved Fundamental Nuclear Material
- Plan, Region II reviewed and subsequently approved the revisions and so advised Westinghouse in letters dated May 10, 1988 and July 15, 1988 (the Region 11 "Safeguards Review Report" for each action is attached to this memorandum.
My review of the referenced Region II reports leads me to the conclusion that the Region 11 review and approval of the Westinghouse FNMC Plan changes submitted under the provision of 10 CFR 7J.32(c) were technically sound.
A letter to Westinghouse containing the appropriately revised License Condition 1.1 of SG-3 to their License No. SNM-1168 will be issued.
