The enclosed Revision 13 to the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant MASP is being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.34 (c) and (d), 50.54 (p) and Part 73, and will be implemented upon receipt by controlled copy holders. An explanation of the detail of revision is attached.
This revision was initiated as a result of your letter of July 1, 1986, which addressed your review of Revision 12 to the MASP and identification of items being unacceptable under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54 (p).
This Revision, Number 13, responds to the changes you commented on.
Additional changes will be found in the revision and are noted in the enclosure to this letter.
