This is in response to your letter of October 7,1986 and also to your follow-up letter, dated October 17, 1986, in which you requested a partial exception to License Condition 9.2 of Amendment SG-1. As expressed to you in a phone conversation with Don Joy (of my staff) on October 17, 1986, you have our approval to remove the specified administrative office trailer from your Protected Area provided all the actions specified in steps a through h, as given in your October 7,1986 letter, are carried out.

We have detennined that the granting of your request to waiver the 60-day prior notice requirement of Condition 9.2 will not adversely affect the common defense and security nor the public health and safety, and is other-wise in the public interest. Accordingly, we are issuing an unnumbered license condition to Amendment SG-1 of your License No. SNM-368, effective ininediately, to read as follows:

Notwithstanding the 60-day prior notice requirement of sub-paragraph (c) of Condition 9.2, the licensee may terminate the use of its admin-istrative office trailer prior to December 6,1986 provided all of the actions specified in steps (a) through (h) of the licensee's October 7,1986 letter (from Richard J. Gigliotti to Willard B. Brown) are fulfilled.

We also request you notify us upon completion of this action, after which we will terminate License Condition 9.2.
