1 In order to promote the efficiency of the service, I am proposing that you be suspended without pay for thirty (30) calendar days.

If the decision is made to take this action, it will be effected not earlier l

than (30) calendar days from the day after you receive this notice.

The reasons for this proposed action are as follows:
