This is in response to your LA 86-48 letter, dated July 1,1986, in which you requested an extension of the temporary exception from a requirement contained in Section 5.2.1.1 of your Physical Security Plan.
We have determined that the granting of your request to extend the termination date to December 31, 1986 is warranted, and will not adversely affect the I
common defense and security nor the public health and safety, and is otherwise in the public interest.
Accordingly, we are modifying Condition 9.1.1 to Amendment SG-2 of your license No. SNM-1107, effective immediately, to read as follows:
9.1.1 Notwithstanding the requirement of Section 5.2.1.1 of the Plan identified in Condition 9.1, to maintain a specified level of illumination along the east wall of the Office Building, the licensee nay forgo such illumination provided the compensatory measures described in the Attachment to his LA 86-26 letter of March 27, 1986 are fully implemented.
This Condition shall automatically terminate on December 31, 1986.
We have determined that the enclosure to your LA 86-26 letter, dated March 27, 1986, contains information of the type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d).
Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790;.)(1), such infornation is deemed to be commercial or financial within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be withheld from public disclosure unless subject to the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
