50-328 SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) - NRC INSPEC' TION REPORT NOS. 50-327/88-07 AND 50-328/88-07 TVA's response to Notice of Violation 50-327, -328/88-07-01 dated June 28, 1988, included a comitment to revise Technical Instruction (TI) 110 "Procurement of Replacement Items For Use in Permanent Plant. Equipment, Systems and Sttvetures," by July 15, 1988. Tne revision incorporates the requirements of TI.'105, "Dedicat.ing Commercial Grado items For Use As Easic Components," and will include enhancement of those requirements.
The complet.lon date for this commibnent has been revised to August 31, 1988, because of delays in resolving internal TVA coments identified during the instruction review process. This letter is a follow-up to telephone notification of Joe Brady.md Jack Donohaw, of NRC, on July 15, 1988.
