ontract No. NRC-33-94-188 Modification No. 21 Pa~ge 2 of 2 The purpose of this modificaison is to extend the period of performance of the subject contract from December 9,1998 to December 16,1998, to allow for services performed beyond the period of performance. There shall be no adjustment in the obligated amount or the contract ceiling amount'as a result of this extension.
Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:
Under Section F - Deliveries or Performance. Paragraph F.7 - Duration of Contract Period is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"F.7 DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD This contract shall commence on December 10,1993 and will expire on December 16,1998."
This modification obligates no funding.
All other terms and conditions, including the ceiling amount of $3,609,856.00, remain unchanged.
