July 17, 1986 ORDER In its fourth monthly status report filed on May 5, 1986, the Staff stated that it expected SSER 4 to be published in the approximately ten (10) days, and in its fifth monthly status report filed on June 4, 1986, the Staff stated that it expected formal publication of SSER 4 within a short time. These two reports, as well as the Staff's letter of June 11, 1986, did not state when the Staff expected formal publication of SSER 5.
To date the Board has not been served with these publications.
By July 23, 1986, the Staff is requested to state when SSER's 4 and 5 will be published.
