The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $80,000, thereby increasing the contract's obligated amount from $347,000 to $427,000. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows-Under Subsection li.3 entitled " CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-COST PLUS FIXED FEE" (JUN 1988) ALTERNATE 1 (JUN 1991), paragraphs (c) and (d) are deleted in their entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"(c) The amount currently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is C427,000, of which the sum of $388,570 represents the estimated reimbursible costs, and of which $38,430 represents the fixed fee.
(d) It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover performance through February 4,2000."
All other terms and conditions of the contract remain unchanged.
