If you are an flRC licensee and conduct activities under the General 4
Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 or an Agreement State Licensee i
subject to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71, as required by 10 CFR Part 150.20, a Ouality Assurance Program approved by the Comission as satisfying the provision of Subpart 11 of 10 CFR Part 71 is required.
Since you no longer have a valid Quality Assurance Program Approval, the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 to transport or deliver licensed naterial to a carrier for transport are terrainated.
