This modification is issued to revise Section H.1, entitled, "Key Personnel." Accordingly, the following revisions are accomplished:
- 1. Section H.1, "Key Personnel" paragraph a. is revised to delete Mr. John Ahlquist as Health Physicist and replace him with two (2) individuals: Mr. Ron Neve, Principal Technical Consultant and Mr. Dennis Meier, Project Manager.
- 2. Section G.1, "Indirect Rates is revised to include the overhead rate of 85% for employees of the Scientech, Idaho Office. Accordingly, paragraph a is revised to recognize two (2) indirect rates as follows:
