SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-498/99-03; 50-499/99-03
Dear Mr. Cottle:
This refers to the inspection conducted on February 22-25,1999 at the South Texas Project
clectric Generating Station, Units 1 and 2 facilities. The enclosed report p.esents the results
31 this inspection.
The inspectors determined that the radiological environmental and meteorological monitoring
programs were effectively implemented.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
