Dear Mr. Martin:
Violation of National Pollutant Dischargo Elimination System (NPDES) Permit Pursuant to Section 3.2 of Appendix B to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant, the attached report is forwarded describing violations of the NPDES Permit during June 1988. The violations involved exceeding the limits for flow, and for Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) and suspended solids in the sewago plant offluent.
