This is to confirm the telephone conversation on December 16, 1986, by Ed Trottier of this office with you, concerning the inspection at the Addison and Itasca plants on January 12-16, 1987.
The inspection will relate to implementation of your program for keeping customers informed of design changes, deficiencies, and maintenance actions related to emergency diesel generators you have supplied to nuclear facilities.
