Dear Sir:
TROJAN NUCLEAR PLANT 10 CFR Parts 50 and 73 Rule Changes Final rulemaking addressing miscellaneous amendments concerning physical protection of nuclear power plants and searches of individuals at power reactor facilities was published in the Federal Register on August 4, 1986.
Our letter of December 2, 1986 briefly identified the minor changes to the Trojan Nuclear Plant Security Plan (PCE-1017) necessary to comply with these new requirements. Attachment 1 is a detailed description of those proposed changes submitted for Commission approval. These changes may be implemented immediately upon notification of approval. Attachment 2 consists of 6 copies of the replacement pages to the Trojan Security Plan.
Attachments 1 and 2 contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21.
