In a teleconference on December 12, 1986 your staff requested clarification of to the referenced letter as it related to PERMS isolation testing. Attached is an additional figure, Figure 3, which is to be added to the attachment. To accommodate this additional figure the Attachment 1, page (2), line 9 should be changed from "is shown schematically in Figure 2" to "is shown schematically in Figures 2 and 3."
