Application for an Operating License for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2 In order to facilitate the resolution of the current dispute regarding appropriate representatives with whom Applicants' counsel or employees should communicate, so that discovery and other necessary business of these proceedings can proceed in an orderly and efficient manner, and in light of the agreements made between CASE and Applicants, CASE hereby recognizes that Mrs. Ellis has always been a legal representative or co-representative in these proceedings, and officially authorizes any of Applicants' counsel or employees to communicate with Mrs. Ellis as CASE's co-representative about any issue, document, or other matter.
