Notice of Deposition PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Long Island Light Company, by counsel, pursu-ant to 10 C.F.R. 5 2.740a of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Rules of Practice, will take the deposition upon oral examination of Dr. David Harris, Commissioner, Suffolk County Department of Health Services, Hauppauge, New York on the subject areas of Contentions EX 31,47 and 49. The deposition will be taken before a notary public and court reporter on January 7,1987, at 9:00 a.m. and thereaf ter until the tak-ing of the deposition may be completed, at the offices of Hunton & Williams,100 Park Avenue,10th Floor, New York, New York 10017.
