CAP has Government-owned aircrafts. They are very well qualified. We are looking at their being available. They are members of the Emergency Response Team ,

EBS message might not be five hours.

May want to have a second EBS message.

Our concern is for the people. Would rather have the people go to shelters. We would rather not send out too many message so as not to confuse people.

Appendix T is not too appropriate.

We will modify 2.5 and 2.6.

J.12 Not appropriate to use a medical tag.

Will consider.

Keep a log of people who are monitored
