both to evaluate student understanding of the subject material and to assess ability to examinations.

A positive attitude was also demonstrated in the post-evaluation discussion that was held later in the day.

I have made infomal observations of Mr. Husted outside of classrooms, in the hallways and vending area, and in the office area.

His actions and words have served to reinforce the classroom observations noted above.

I also talked with Mr. Husted briefly on October 20, 1982, and for about an hour on October 22, 1982, before and after a session he had with E. Blake of Shaw Pittman. It was apparent that he appreciated and learned from the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the ASLB's perceptions of his attitudes toward training and NRC requirements. ~
