Enclosed is an application for a license from Nissho Iwai American Corporation received recently by the NRC for the export of nuclear material to West Germany and France to be fabricated into fuel elements for ultimate use as fuel for the Japan Research reactor No. 3 (JRR-3).
A letter of kssurance is required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation.
