Import Licenses ISNM 82020 and ISNM 79007

Dear Mr. Fisk:

In your letters dated December 8 you requested amendments to the two active import licenses referenced above.

Inasmuch as the import activity contemplated by the two licenses is now generally licensed in paragraph 10 CFR 110.27 of the NRC Rules and Regulations, it is not necessary to amend the licenses.

So long es your transactions fulfill the requirements of 10 CFR 110.27 you may use that paragraph as your import authority.
