Enclosed is a letter from Nestinghouse Electric Corporation requesting an amendment to export license XSNM01750 to (1) increase the quantity of uranium-235 authorized for exoort by an additional 3,236 kilograms; (2) increase maximum enrichment from 3.55% to 4.15%; (3) authorize shipment of 12,500 kilograms Canadian-origin material; and (4) authorize shipment of an additional 8,000 kilograms of Australian-origin material.

Your assistance in obtaining the assurance letter from South Korea and the required approval for re-export of Australian and Canadian-origin material will be greatly appreciated.
