SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) UNIT 1 - ENGINEERING ASSURANCE (EA) OVERSIGHT REVIEW FOR THE DESIGN BASELINE AND VERIFICATION PROGRAM (DBVP)
Enclosed is "Engineering Assurance Oversight Review Report, Sequoyah Nuclear Plant - Unit 1. Desit',n Baseline and Verification Program, MA-OR-003" dated June 1988 for NRC's use in evaluating SQN's DBVP.
This report presents the results of reviews perfogued by the EA Oversight Review Team on the Phase I DBVP activities.
Several open action items remain and require resolution before unit i restart.
Closing these items will complete the EA review of phaso I of the DBVP. Although the schedule for closure depends upon other work underway at SQN, these items will be the subject of a supplemental report to be issued by EA before unit i restart as idontified in enclosure 1.
