Inspection Conducted May 12-16, 1986 (Report 50-267/86-14)
Areas Inspected: Routine, unannounced inspection of physical barriers - vital
area (VA), access control
personnel, detection aids - VA, alarm stations,
security systems power supply, and communications.
Results: Within the six areas inspected, three violations were identified
(inadequate access control
personnel, failure to escort visitors, and
unbadged person in the protected area (PA), paragraph 3).
