Sucolementarv information: ~ This letter provides advance notice of NRC'S proposal to revise sections of 10 CFR Part 39, Licenses and Radiation Safety Requirements for Well Logging. Due to its pre-decisional nature, we cannot send the plan over the Internet. The subject draft rulemaking plan is enclosed and NRC is requesting comments. We request that you limit distribution to your staff and not release the document publicly to the extent permitted by State law.
NRC requests comments within 45 days from the date of this letter. Please send, or fax, your comments on the draft rulemaking plan to Jim Myers, Office of State Programs.
