You are hereby requested to submit to EPA the following information:

A barely visible sheen was observed behind a permanently deployed boom atiNPDES Outfall 004.

No specific event could be identified as the cause of the small sheen. The source of the oil was the oil / water separa' tor which handles' flow from station sumus.

None was observed.

. Station oorsonnel used absorbent Dads to remove the sheen from the water's surface.
