Dear Mr. Denton:
Transmitted herewith for filing with the Commission is Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating License NPF-39. This Application requests changes to the Limerick Operating License and Technical Specifications relating to operation with partial feedwater heating and increased core flow limits.
This filing consists of 3 originals and 19 copies of the Application, 22 copies of a document entitled " Increased Core Flow and Partial Feedwater IIcating Analyses for Limerick Generating Station Unit 1 Cycle 1" and 22 copies of Errata and Addenda Sheet No. 1 thereto, dated November 6, 1986.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's regulations, there is enclosed Philadelphia Electric Company's check in the amount of $150 to cover the filing fee for this Application.
