This is in response to your letter dated June 17, 1986, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), copics of records related to granting, denial or revocation of security clearances, adjudication and investigation of security cases, and NRC's written decisions granting, denying, or revoking security clearances.
The staff identified 10 CFR Parts 10 and 11 and 5 U.S.C. 7532, Subchapter IV, which are available through various public sources for your inspection.
