Enclosed is an application for an export license received recently by the NRC for low-enriched uranium for storage and fabrication in West Germany and ultimate use as fuel in light-water power reactors in EURATOM and the United States. A letter of assurance is required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation.
