PURCHASE OF COMPUTER BY UNIVERSITY OF ROCHESTER As we discussed by telephone, one of our contractors wishes to purchase a personal computer with the funds left over from purchase of a laboratory instrument. Enclosure 1 is a letter from the University of Rochester which describes the components of the computer system they wish to buy.

It also states how this system would contribute to the success of the RES-funded study.

Therefore, I would appreciate your signing the appropriate block of, the RFPA for the University of Rochester to purchase a personal computer.
