Dear Mr. Galembush:
Thank you for you lct'ar dated May 6,1999, which responds to our letter dated March 4,1999, which requested addition 01 information relative to Notice of Violation (NOV) 98-02-01 (Part 1) of NRC Inspection Report 99000404/98-02.
Although we find your letter generally responsive to the NOV, the staff is reviewing the TVA test plan and results discussed in your letter and will advise you of our conclusions regarding closure of the NOV by the end of June.
