SUBJECT:
INDIVIDUAL STAFF PERFORMANCE TO SUPPORT SEABROOK 1 OL ISSUANCE Perhaps you were not aware of. it, but Seabrook I had been-on a demanding licensing review schedule. Often the staff found themselves having to apply considerable effort to expedite delayed licensee submittals without compro-mising the required high quality technical reviews.
In the case of D.J. Penalti, this situation was repeated numerous times prior to OL issuance. His efforts contributed significantly to PAD #5 and NRR meeting the Seabrook 1 schedule.
Please convey to him my appreciation for his contribution. Such professional-
