The available award fee not earned by the contractor, hereinafter tertned " residual fee" for evaluation period twelve totalling $3,198.25 is hereby diverted to and made a part of the amount obligated under this contract for reimbursable costs.
This amount, added to the $11,683.49 previously diverted from evaluation periods one through eleven identified above, brings the total residual fee amount to
$14,881.74. Such amount is included as a part of the obligated reimbursable costs reflected under paragraph 4 above. This action does not change the amount of reimbursable costs estimated for this contract, which remains at $6,878,674.11.
