CONTROLS OVER FUNDING FOR CISSCO NEED IMPROVEMENT Attached is the Office of the inspector General's audit report titled, Controls over Funding for C/SSCO Need /mprovement. This report reflects the results of our review of the agency's controls over funding for work performed under the Comprehensive Information Systems Support Consolidation (CISSCO) program.

On May 4,1999, the Chief Information Officer and the Chief Financial Officer provided a joint response to our draft report. They agreed with our recommendations and described plans for addressing the concerns described in our report.
