This program was implemented as part our U.S.N.R.C. License No. 48-83291-88.
Also enclosed is our check for the amount of $150.00 to cover the application fee for the renewal of our Quality Assurance Program.
Our program was originally approved in 1981 by the U.S.N.R.C.
EPNG has conducted their radiographic activities in accordance with this program.
We are also licensed by the states of Texas and Arizona, and have operated under those licenses for the past several years.
