Your letter to me dated April 26, 1999, entitled Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant, Docket No. 70-7002, Request for Approval of Revision to X-705 Security Plan Enclosed is the approved revision, with comments as noted, to the revised Portsmouth. Gaseous Diffusion Plant (PORTS) X-705 Security Plan that was trasmitted in the referenced letter. Mr. Mark Lombard of your staff was notified of tne Department of Energy's (DOE) plans to approve this revision with comments by Mr. Jim Hutson of my staff. These comments are necessary to ensure that the amount of future interpretation on this document is minimized.
