. PURPOSE:
Members of the NRC staff will meet with utility representatives and industry experts on February 22 and 23,1999, to discuss the EPRI technical basis ' document that is being developed by the industry which will be used to address questions raised by the staff pertaining to analyses of tha waterhammer issue raised in GL 96-06. This meeting will focus on laboratory testing that has been performed to support the development of the EPRI technical basis document.

NRC participants are from the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) and Office of Research (RES).
